The Power of the Almond (아몬드의 힘)

The almond is just great for your nails,dry and brittle nails soak up almond oil goodness. It's also great for mantaining cuticle health in the prevention of hangnails.

Also regular almond oil will have little to no scent while sweet almond oil has a sweet fragrance.

Sally's beauty supply store haul: part 2

Everyone has seen the pedi egg, small in size but holds a tiny compartment which takes all the dry skin from your feet. So I was at sallys and had to get this. This one came with cute pink dots With the pediatric egg logo. Oh! And sallys sold it in sets of three and with file and buffer refill cartridges. I bought mine for nine dollars.

Got this at sallys, and I have to rate this ten out of ten. ( sorry so excited). Its a product called Heel to Toe and its a foot softener. At 0.62 oz, this is great for dry and cracked heels or dry feet. It has a lite fragrance and a balm like consistency. Gotta get this if you feel like your feet are a problem area.

Foot Health, Ulzzang Toes (2)

Don't feel like you have to hide away because you feel your feet are less than perfect. We're on to our second step into great looking toes so you can wear your cute string sandals for the summer with pride.

Foot Health: a good way to maintain good foot health is taking multi-vitamins and getting natural oils to moisterize your feet after a good soak.
The Vitamins will promote healthy nail growth and be rid of dark nails and the problematic dark black line down the middle of the nail.
The natural oils such as sweet almond oil and emu oil will go through all the layers of the skin. this will soften feet and prevent it from cracking and becoming infected.
Also with clipping your nails, file them instead. This is actually more hygenic to your nail and will stop your nails from snagging on your socks or stockings.

Deordorizing Foot Sprays: Are a great buy to maintain healthy feet, Burt's bee's, Bath and Body Works Spa Blue Collection and The Body Shop have foot sprays that freshen up your toes. Natural peppermint oils and eucalyptus bring your tired feet back to life, and yea they smell great too.

Sweat proof socks: New Balance and Asics make sweat proof socks, this will be sooo good to your feet, allowing your feet to breath better during a run or jog and they will smell better being that sweat and your sneakers won't be making a intant slow cooker to your feet. Making red flags to your feet leading to various types of foot fungus.
So don't feel down on your feet anymore, your feet are what get you everywhere without complaint. They take on all of our weight of you,and run with us, kick for us, and skip along with us. But now it's time to make them beautiful again and give them much needed attention in a better way.

Ulzzang Feet ( How to keep your feet looking their best)

Since this is "Vegas Nails" it would only be right to talk about toe nails. The foot as a whole is pretty much neglected by women now. Yes you may paint your toe nails, but what about the rest? I thought we could tackle this in parts. Skin, Health,Nails.
In this post I will help with the skin of the foot. Is it dry, rough, and calloused? does it even have odor?
Skin of the foot: Well first soak your feet evey other day or the least at the end of the week,Just boil hot water in a pot or tea pot and put two tea bags in it (any kind of tea bags are fine , I use green tea lipton). After the water has cooled to where you can take a certain amount of warmth, pour water into a basin to where you can put you feet in. Then put a tablespoon of baking soda to naturally deodorize the foot.Epson Salt is also good to put in, but only a tablespoon.
Soak your feet for at least thirty minutes, you will be relaxed and your feet will be softer and smell so good. Keeping this up will also improve the health of your foot. Dodging Athlete's Foot, Foot Fungus and infections.
After This always,always apply lotion to the Skin of the foot. For very dry feet try Carmex new Healing Cream (you can find it at Walgreens or CVS, $1.99) Or Sally's Beauty Store "Barefoot" foot Balm. And Before you got bed put socks on to retain the moister of the lotion applied to the foot. And a good pumice Scrubber and Foot File to maintain you skin.
Other Tips: Where open toe shoes or sandals when possible, the foot will be able to breath and not get a chance to build odor.
Don't Ever wear heels or Sneakers too much, Heels can damage you natural arch of your foot and sneakers will just spoil your feet. so try to find a happy medium ( they have many shoe brands that are easy on your feet and still look pretty nice, ask your local Payless Sales person or Famous Footwear and or Rack Room Shoe store.)
